Getting started with online

Once you've received your temporary password you'll be ready to start using online banking. To get started just follow the simple steps below:

Step 1:
Go to www.halifax.co.uk/online and click on the 'Complete registration' link (located under the 'New to Online' section).

Step 2:
Enter your username and temporary password.

Step 3:
Change your temporary password to something more personal and memorable to you.

Step 4:
Next, you'll need to provide answers to a few security questions and think of an additional question and answer of your own.

Step 5:
The last thing you need to do is read and accept the online service conditions.

You are now ready to use online banking!
