How to sign up for paper-free

Simply follow these steps to go Paper-free:

  1. Sign in to online banking
  2. Select 'My paper-free documents' from the left hand menu
  3. Choose 'Document settings'
  4. Select 'Online' as the method of delivery for each of your accounts
  5. Select 'Update' to confirm your choice

We'll send you an email alert when new documents arrive, so make sure you check we've got your current email address by selecting 'How we notify you' in the left hand menu within online banking.
