We can provide documents in large print, Braille, audio cassette and audio CD upon request, ask at your local branch. If you have a hearing or speech impairment, the Text Phone and Type Talk options are available for the Investment Hotlines to make communication easier.
Alternatively a selection of Halifax colleagues are British Sign Language trained and we can arrange for an interpreter in branch, free of charge.
